Most courses still teach 2021
Salesforce has retired or replaced much of what older syllabuses cover. You learn what employers run in 2027, plus the legacy you will still meet in client orgs, so you can maintain and migrate it.
Agentforce in every pillar
Admins build agents in Agentforce Builder and Prompt Builder. Developers write Agent Script and pair with Agentforce Vibes in VS Code.
Flow first, everywhere
Workflow Rules and Process Builder lost support at the end of 2025. Flow is the tool; the Migrate to Flow tool handles what is still running.
Current names, current exams
Certifications were renamed and retired in 2026. Every target here uses today's title, and notes are revised after each of the three yearly releases.
| Superseded | What changed | How we teach it now |
|---|---|---|
| Workflow Rules, Process Builder | End of support 31 Dec 2025 | Flow as standard; legacy read and migrate (L1) |
| Salesforce CPQ | End of sale; successor is Revenue Cloud Advanced | Revenue Cloud accelerator, with CPQ migration session |
| Data Cloud | Renamed Data 360 | Data 360 accelerator; grounding for agents |
| Einstein Bots, legacy agent builder | New Agentforce Builder with Agent Script | L15–L17, P34 and the Agentforce accelerator |
| Solutions, change sets only, Aura-first UI | Lightning Knowledge, DevOps Center, LWC | Modern tool first, legacy for maintenance work |
| AppExchange | Merged into AgentExchange, April 2026 | L10 and the AgentExchange accelerator: apps, agents and MCP servers |
| OAuth username-password logins | Retiring for connected apps on 20 February 2027 | External Client Apps with client credentials or JWT bearer flows (P33) |

One client, built end to end
Every lab builds the same fictional company, so you finish with a complete org to walk through in interviews.

Before you enquire
I have no IT background. Can I join?
Yes. There are no prerequisites. Launchpad starts with what cloud and CRM mean, and you need only basic computer skills. People with project experience as testers, analysts or developers move faster, but everyone starts in the same place.
Do I need to buy Salesforce?
No. You build everything in a free Salesforce Developer Edition org, plus free Trailhead accounts. Some accelerators use free trial or Trailhead Playground orgs, which we set up together.
Which batch should I choose?
Weekday suits people who can give an hour each evening. Weekend suits people in full-time work. Content, labs and projects are identical.
Can I take an accelerator without the core pillars?
Yes, if you already understand the Salesforce data model, security and Flow. If unsure, message us and we will suggest a starting point.
Will you still teach Workflow Rules, Process Builder and CPQ?
Only as legacy. You learn to read and migrate them, because many client orgs still run them, but new builds use Flow and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
How do you keep the content current?
Salesforce ships three releases a year. After each one we update notes and labs and run a short release session for current and past students.
Will this get me a job?
No one honest can promise a job. You leave with certifications, a complete project org on GitHub, a rebuilt CV and LinkedIn, mock interview practice and our placement assistance, including referrals where we can make them.
What do I need for class?
A laptop with a modern browser and reliable internet. Developers install VS Code and the Salesforce CLI in session P2; we do it together.
